Grillhouse Brand is proud to introduce our Fresh Herb Parmesan Vinaigrette. What makes this product unique is its versatility. The dressing is an all-natural, gluten free fresh dressing made locally in Eatonton, Georgia by Bone Island Grillhouse. It’s great as a dressing tossed on your favorite greens. But don’t stop there. Enjoy it as a basting marinade on seafood, chicken or pork, or mix it with mayonnaise to make the perfect sandwich spread!
The production of the Fresh Herb Parmesan Vinaigrette came about after persistent requests from our guests at Bone Island Grillhouse to bottle our house dressing! In preparing the menu, Executive Chef Jody Winfield thought his mom’s dressing would be the perfect complement. The challenge was taking the "dashes" and "pinches" that Nancy Winfield had used to make her dressing all these years and formulate a recipe for consistency and mass production. Finally, she and Jody nailed it! The dressing was introduced to guests in June of 2012. Almost immediately, the guests wanted to purchase it to take home.
